Nihshobda Jatra (A Silent Exit) a documentary film on women issues. Jarina, a daufghter of a poor schoolteacher, falls in love with a boy called Kamal. They fail to reach the goal of their affair. They could not tie their knot due to hoax of Ramjan. Ramjan in the guise of a noble man commits crimes. Ramjan tries to be benefited himself through Jarina’s poverty causes. Ramjan promised Jarina of getting a job. But he cheats with her. He sells her to prostitution.

Here Jarina tried her best to regain her lost love. She tries to reach the goal of her dream. She believes in another guy through her love. She along with the man goes a head of her road to dreams. She thinks and dreams accordingly. Like other women, she wants to have room of her own. She fails again. She could not reach her goal. She was trafficked to another country. |

We see Jarina could not succeed in life due to her poverty and misdeeds of social frauds. She is treated mere as goods in place of a respected human being. The ownership regarding Jarina is repeatedly changed. But Jarina could not meet her dream. The state fails to protect her. It fails to patronise her. She fails to find out her dear keens when she needs. |
